Location: The flat is located off Morrison St, 5 minutes’ walk to Princes St and Haymarket Station. It’s also 10-minutes from the Meadows and in walking distance to all central Edinburgh attractions.
Flatmates: Sharing with two young male professionals. Both are easy-going and friendly with their respective work schedules but are always up for a chat.

The room comes furnished as shown in the photos (except for the rug and desk). There is a double bed, large wardrobe, additional clothes hanger, chest of drawers, and bedside table with lamps. The flat has shared kitchen, living room and recently renovated bathroom. The flat has central heating and double-glazed windows. There is also high-speed internet. The rent is £430 per month, council tax ~£55, internet £10, gas ~£25, and electricity ~£25 (depending on usage). With bills included it's around £500-550 per month.
Ideal flatmate: Looking for an easy-going, clean & tidy working professional (preferred). Ideally able to move in on weekend of December 6th but we can be flexible with the move in date.
