Flatmates: Sharing with two young male professionals. Both are easy-going and friendly with their respective work schedules but are always up for a chat.

The flat has shared kitchen, living room and recently renovated bathroom. The flat has central heating and double-glazed windows. There is also high-speed internet. The rent is £430 per month, council tax ~£55, internet £10, gas ~£25, and electricity ~£25 (depending on usage). With bills included it's around £500-550 per month.

Ideal flatmate: Looking for an easy-going, clean & tidy working professional (preferred). Ideally able to move in on weekend of October 5th.
