Double Room in Flatshare Off Leith Walk

Hello!

My name is Eliana and I'm looking for a flatmate starting in mid November. It's a two bed flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen (no living room), between Pilrig park and Leith Walk. Rent is £650 pcm and bills average out to about £60 per person per month. Very queer friendly space!

A bit about me: I'm a mature student (31 years old), studying Horticulture and Plantsmanship at the Botanic Gardens, and working part time in the glasshouses there. I'm a social person and would love to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate, but I also enjoy quiet time and respect other peoples quiet time as well. I have friends over every Saturday evening to hang out and eat soup which you are welcome to join in on, but in general am not a partier. I’m clean but not neurotic about it, I won't get mad if you leave a dish in the sink now and then. In my free time I enjoy nature walks, reading, art projects, cooking, propagating plants and playing music (but not too loudly and at reasonable hours).

About you: Ideally I'd like to share with another student for council tax purposes (though am willing to be flexible on this for a good fit), and ideally I'd like to find someone who is staying for at least 6 months (but again willing to be flexible for a good fit). Otherwise I'm not too picky! If you're friendly and a fairly clean/respectful flatmate that's great! I'm really just looking for a laid back comfortable home environment where we can both feel at ease.
