Hello!
My name is Eliana and I'm looking for a fellow student to share my flat starting in October. It's a two bed flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen (no living room), between Pilrig park and Leith Walk. Rent is £650 pcm and bills average out to about £60 per person per month.
A bit about me: I'm a mature student (30 years old), studying Horticulture and Plantsmanship at the Botanic Gardens. I'm a social person and would love to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate, but I also enjoy quiet time and respect other peoples quiet time as well. I enjoy having friends over to hang out but am not a partier. Happy for you to have friends over as well. I'm clean but not neurotic about it, I won't get mad if you leave a dish in the sink now and then. In my free time I enjoy nature walks, reading, art projects, cooking, propagating plants and playing music (but not too loudly and at reasonable hours). I shared this flat with my partner until recently (he had to move back to the US this summer), and he may come visit once or twice a year for a few weeks.
About you: Ideally I'd like to share with another student for council tax purposes, and ideally I'd like to find someone who is staying for at least 6 months. Otherwise I'm not too picky! If you're friendly and a fairly clean/respectful flatmate that's great! I'm really just looking for a laid back comfortable home environment.
