Double room for rent in Meadowbank

Hello,
My flat mate is moving out so there will be a double room available in this 2 bed flat in Meadowbank from November 1st!

Rent is £583 each a month. Bills, WiFi + council tax come to around £182 total each - it is a bit higher than normal just now but the council tax will be paid off by January, so it means we will have a couple months of not paying any council tax until the new tax year starts.

The flat is on the top floor - the retail park is about a 10 min walk away and bus stops closer by with plenty bus routes too. It’s fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. My flat mate is happy to sell on the shelves if you are looking for some extra storage. The kitchen has a washer / dryer, my ninja air fryer (which you’re more than welcome to use it’s the best thing I ever got) and there’s a tv in the living room with my Xbox, which has Netflix etc on it.

About me:
I’m 27 and will be qualifying as a solicitor in the summer next year. I work in an office full time so I’m usually only in the flat during the evenings during the week. I’m into weightlifting, going to music events and I like going out for dinner and drinks etc too!

I’m looking for someone who is chill and someone I can gel well with. Male or female, 26+ and working professional only please! Looking for someone keen to stay in the flat until at least the end of summer next year too.
