Hi all! I'm looking for someone to take over my student flat lease for the academic year 2024/2025. It's a large en-suite room with private bathroom and 3/4 bed in a self-catered at Pentland House.
It is £1,043 per month, all utilities included. Also, no initial deposit is needed because it’s a contract with the University.
