Two Flatmates Wanted For Lovely Haymarket Flat

Hi all,

We have two rooms available in our lovely and spacious Haymarket flat from the 1st November for long-term let.

The flat is in an incredible location, 5 mins walk from Haymarket Station, 15 mins walk from the Meadows and Princes Street. The Water of Leith is also very close, which is my favourite spot for a walk or run!

We’re looking for two female non-smoker professionals who are friendly, laid back and very clean. We love the space and want to make it as homely as possible, so we’re looking for people who are tidy and considerate of the people they live with. We like catching up in the evenings and going for drinks as a flat, but also respect that everyone needs their own space. We both work at home a couple days of the week too.

Rent is £610 for the en-suite and £570 for the second room as it is slightly smaller than the others (but actually has more storage with a walk in wardrobe). Bills range from £100 to £140 per month depending on the season. Standing order to be set up/arranged if you move in so the payment for bills comes out on the same day each month.

Both rooms are quiet at night and have really lovely views of the garden, which is a gorg spot to hang out in the summer. There’s an adorable loaf of a cat called Biscuit who comes to visit us in the garden sometimes (peep the last pic).

A bit about us:
Issy works at an Edinburgh based publisher. She is passionate about books, loves going to gigs and swimming in the sea when it’s not absolutely baltic.

Florence works for Historic Environmental Scotland. She loves reading, crafting and is a huge foodie.
