Beautiful double room available for rent immediately in Edinburgh, West Pilton, EH4. Easy access to the city centre (10-15 minutes by a bus). Bus 27, 37 stop to the city centre is near the apartment, but there are also other buses around, like, 14, 16, 19, 21, etc., to go anywhere in the city. Also, the sea is only about 10 min walk away!

The room has everything you need for a comfortable living. It is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, table and two chairs, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror.

The rent is £640 per month. All bills (electricity, gas, council tax, internet) are included in the price.

The kitchen and the bathroom will be shared. You will be sharing the apartment with only two people.
