Lovely Room in EH9 Flat!

I'm moving away and am looking for someone to take over my room with my two wonderful flatmates, Emily and Kate!

Kate has just finished her master's and is now working while Emily is working alongside the last year of her part-time master's, so we're looking for anyone who's willing to chip in to council tax, whether you are working, a student - or somewhere in between!

They are both really interested in creative writing and art - it's always fun to catch up on their latest creative pursuits and it's quite a supportive environment, especially in this regard! We can all be quite busy but when we can we'll do a pub quiz, catch a show or have dinner together.

We also have a new addition to the flat which is the very sweet Esmeralda the kitten, so you (the potential future flatmate) must at least like cats!

In regards to more concrete facts; we are in Council Tax Band D, and this, including bills - gas, electric, and Wi-Fi - usually amounts to £110 a month on top of the rent. Emily organised the original plan for this so these are staggered throughout the month instead of all in one go. Also, our tenancy agency are very communicative and helpful when we need it!
