Hiya, I’m looking for someone to rent my room on a short term lease from October.

It’s a double room just a short stroll from Leith Walk, nestled off Broughton Road overlooking Redbraes Park. The area is extremely well connected with a Redbraes Place bus stop 3 minutes away and the McDonald Road tram stop 15 minutes away.

There’s free street parking outside the address and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful since most of the neighbours are family or elderly people. It’s also surrounded by lots of greenery and your room overlooks the shared garden space so you can watch the birds through the window.
