Double room in beautiful ground floor flat

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate from the 27th October to join me in a lovely ground floor flat just off Broughton Street. The flat is 2 bed, 1 bath and has a private garden. It was unfurnished, but I have since filled it – this does mean that you are at full discretion to keep/get rid of any of the furniture in your room (and beyond, post a discussion)! The room is a double at the front of the property and is the larger of the two. Bills, WiFi and council tax are not included in the rent, and the council tax band is D.
I’m a very sociable person, and enjoy cooking and hosting dinner parties but I also really enjoy alone time. Re: the cooking/dinner parties, I have a pretty big selection of cookware/glassware/crockery/cutlery etc. which you are more than welcome to use, but I am also more than happy to stack them away somewhere if you have your own collection you’d like to add.
I work for a book charity in central Edinburgh (WFH 3/5 days) and spend a lot of my time reading and writing. I don’t have any pets, but love animals, and if you have one or two to bring along I’d be so up for that (provided the landlords are too). I like to keep a clean and calm living space and am looking for someone that likes the same.
