This property is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom shared flat open for female students who can prove their study status.

We are looking for clean, and respectful housemates. Vegetarians and vegans are most prefered as this is a very compassionate household.🌱🫂 After some chatting, interviews and viewing will be arranged for next week. References are highly preferred but not necessary in case we are vibing well.

1st room is extremely spacious and beautiful. It has a regal vibe 💜✨️

The 2nd room could fit a double bed if you prefer, but having a single is allowing more space for a lovely decent size room with storage and space for your belongings. 💗

Your room will have-
> safety and privacy (we're fitting locks)
> a comfortable and good quality bed
> a lovely wardrobe
> drawers
> radiator
> windows allowing healthy ventilation

Amenities
> include a bath 🛀
> shared kitchen (must be cooking veggie/vegan food).
> toilet
> a wee lounge area

Pictures can be shared in a few days as renovations are undergoing at the moment. Based on urgency of your needs, we can arrange to accommodate you as soon as possible while renovations still take place.
