Lovely bright 3rd floor flat located in Bonnington, views of Arthur’s Seat out the living room windows. Double glazing throughout. Secure front door to building, parking on site, parking permit included. Two minute walk to Pilrig Park or Water of Leith Walkway, and fifteen minutes to Leith Walk.

One room in a two bedroom flat, with your own bathroom and built in wardrobe. Room comes with double bed frame and mattress. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.
