I have a double and single rooms available for rent to someone looking for a well looked after apartment. Newly refurbished, you will need to see to appreciate the place you will call home for sometime. Looking for long term stay, preferably students for council tax purposes but professionals are welcome.
I am looking for someone who will look after the place and live well with flatmates.
Fully furnished as you will see in pictures, it will come with a cleaner who will come through once a month to tidy up the place. If you have a bicycle, you have storage to park for security. Comes with car park.
All bills inclusive except gas and electricity as it is variable according to use and will be shared among three people.
