Bright recently renovated flat with 3 double bedrooms, double glazed, dine-in kitchen, separate lounge/tv room, fast broadband, central heating. Huge loft space. Nice views of Arthur’s Seat, Blackford Hill and the Pentlands. Access to garden at the back. We are both Phd Physics students. Postgrad preferred but not essential. We would like someone who is friendly, respectful of shared spaces and not too noisy.
