Sublet 7/11 - 7/12 and 13/12 - 27/12

I'll be travelling to subletting my room. I could consider subletting from 7/11 till 27/12 if you are ok in sleeping on the sofa from 7/12 till 13/12.

Bright double bedroom next to Saughton park (1 minute walk) furnished as in the photos (double bed, wardrobe, desk, bed table...)

Free parking available on the street.

The house is really handily located - 10 minutes from tram stop (Balgreen) and 5 from bus stops (Gorgie Rd). Well connected with both airport and city center (20/25 minutes from airport and city center).
5-10 minutes walking from 24/7 Asda, M&S, Aldi and Tesco Express. Next to Lift and Pure Gym.

Quiet and sunny house: Gas Central Heating, lovely kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine etc.
South facing common and private garden.

Rent includes internet and council tax (band B) and doesn't include electricity and gas that will be split in half according to usage.
