Sublet Oct - Feb/Apr

I'll be travelling and subletting my room from the beginning of October till the end of February, but there might be the possibility to get it from longer.

Bright double bedroom next to Saughton park (1 minute walk) furnished as in the photos (double bed, wardrobe, desk, bed table...). 20 minutes walk to Murrayfield stadium.

Free parking available on the street.

The house is really handily located - 10 minutes from tram stop (Balgreen) and 5 from bus stops (Gorgie Rd). Well connected with both airport and city center (20/25 minutes from airport and city center, 15 with a bike).
5-10 minutes walking from 24/7 Asda, M&S, Aldi and Tesco Express. Next to Lift and Pure Gym.

Quiet and sunny house: Gas Central Heating, lovely kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine etc.
South facing common and private garden.
