It is walking distance to Asda, and Leith is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey. The flat is lovely and rarely requires the heating to be turned on as we are located on the 6th floor. It is accessable via a lift or stairs, and has a balcony that is ideal in summer. The available room comes furnished, with access to your own bathroom. This is not located in the room, but is for your use alone. Listed rent includes all bills and council tax.

Current occupants are 1 man and 1 woman, both professionals. One person works in a mix of at home and at the office, with the other purely office based. We are happy to socialise or keep to ourselves.

Please note the move in date can be from 27/10/24. Rent is paid on the 15th of each month, so the first month's rent will be reduced.
