The flat is located in Newington, Edinburgh right beside the Meadows. Newington area is handy for restaurants/ takeaways, shops and bars. For groceries, a Tesco express, LIDL and Sainsburys are all within a 5 - 10 minute walk. There are also several gyms close by within a 10 -15 minute walk from the flat.

There are multiple bus stops going into city centre (10-15mins) alongside one right across the street of the flat. Newington area in general has good bus links through out the city.

You will be living with one other flatmate (myself), a bit about me - I'm currently working as a full time marketing professional WFH. Love badminton and work as a junior badminton coach part time. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, and very respectful of your space but equally quite social.
