Bright and Spacious Double Room in Newington

I am leaving my wonderful room in Newington to spend a semester abroad so we are looking for a new flatmate! Please note that only FEMALE STUDENTS (between 19 and 29 years old) will be considered for this property. We currently have a slight preference for students who are looking to spend 1 semester in this room, but longer/shorter stays will also be considered. We are looking for someone friendly and relatively tidy in communal spaces, who enjoys socialising and having a few friends over on the weekend but also is respectful of personal spaces. As mentioned in the description, the room is spacious, with a comfortable double bed and very bright, directly overlooking the Meadows. Central campus is a 5-10 minutes walk.
