About the flat

Lovely and sizeable Leith flat and a stone’s throw from both Lidl and the big Tesco with great bus links. Very close to the tram links on Leith Walk as well.

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom flat and you would be moving into the en-suite room! The flat is east- west facing so it gets sun all day (when the Scottish weather permits).

The living room is spacious and has the comfiest couches and a balcony. The kitchen is separate and has a nook to eat in.

Rent is £650 per person/ month and council tax is band E, amenities amount to an average of £60 per month in total.
