The room is £550 per month, excluding bills. Internet is £17 per month, utilities ranges from £40-£80 per month (depending on the seasons) and is in council tax band D.
The room is available from 7 November as the current person is moving back home. You’ll be living with yours truly, a Kiwi female living in Edinburgh who loves watching too much CSI, music and food. I’m a clean and tidy person so hopefully you are too!
