Cosy double room by the meadows

Hello :) I’m looking for a new flatmate to take this lovely room with lots of storage!

PSA: My flatmate isn’t moving out until June so please only message if that suits you 🙏

Our flat has 2 double bedrooms, a (wee) guest room, a nice big kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet (+a pantry for extra storage). It’s 4 doors down from the meadows and only a 15min walk away from old town so everything is accessible!

The kitchen gets sun in the morning and the rooms get it in the afternoon (for now - we’ll see about winter).

I’m staying so you’d be living with me :) My name is Frauke, I’m from Germany and I’m a High school teacher for languages. I don’t mind living with a student or a professional as long as you’re happy to split the council tax.

I’m out and about a lot and I like to meet up with friends, explore new places, go dancing or have a board game night at home. Ideally, you’d also like having people over sometimes but don’t expect a full on party flat. I like having a nice cosy home that feels relaxing to come back to after work :)

Please let me know a little bit about yourself: how long have you been in Edinburgh? What do you like to do? Would you ever leave the toilet seat up? Etc. ;)
