Hi all,
I have a double bedroom flat in Waterfront Park, looking for another professional person due to council tax reasons.

Property type: Newly refurbished but Unfurnished although did manage to put some stuff in the living room and kitchen so far.

Rent: 450pcm excluding bills and council tax
Deposit: 500
Council tax band: C
Epc Rating: B

Gas and Electricity around 50-70£ per person depends on usage and season.
Council tax: so far no idea but based on band most likely 60-80£ per person.

The person would have a separate room with a fitted wardrobe with shared Toilet, Kitchen and Living room.

The flat is modern and the room is bright and clean with a few minutes walk to Granton Beach.
2-3 min. walk to Morrisons
1-2 min walk to the bus stop and good bus links to city centre No 8, 14, 16 and 24 etc...

Looking to share a flat with respectful, quiet, and considerate professional or student if you agree to contribute in council tax. I like a quiet, relaxing , nice and clean environment, so please keep that in mind and expect the same from a new flatmate.

I am an introvert but happy to chat and socialise sometimes, simply value more quiet and peaceful time.

In my days off, during the day keep myself busy but do like to relax with a good movie but I usually do that in my bedroom so the living room won't get used much.
