I've lived in this flat since 2016 - it's a great place to live. Quiet, spacious, lots of light throughout the day - your would-be room has the morning light, as does the kitchen. The living room gets the evening light. It's a peaceful place.
I am studying part time - a masters in Applied Catholic Theology. My social circle is best described as queer. Previously I was pursuing an academic career in Computational Neuroscience. Now I am looking at legal issues concerning disability and education. I am neurodivergent. Happy to do some socialising, and happy to give everyone their own space also.
Council Tax is band D - currently £99.50
Broadband is around £25 - can review this
Electricity is around £40
Gas needs to be reviewed
TV license is quarterly
I've a TV in the living room which can be used with apps, happy to share Netflix access. Got a fair bit of gym equipment (some lightwight dumbells and yoga blocks) which you'd be welcome to use. There is a full-size gym mirror in the living room and a dancing pole. There's no clothes drier but there are racks (a ceiling one in the kitchen and clothes horses). I've a dehumidifier you'd welcome to use to help dry clothes over the winter.
The bath works well, if you're a bath person and should like to know such things. The kitchen is well stocked on equipment. It's a great area to live, really close to lots of places of interest, and walkable to many other vibrant areas.
