En suite Double Rooms, Broughton

Looking for a young professional for our flat in Broughton. The rent is £600/month, and the double room has an en-suite bathroom.

This is a lovely area with Leith Walk close by, a Tesco and Lidl within 10mins walk and all of the amenities on Broughton Street nearby. The centre of town is also easily within walking distance.

You'd be with two young professionals in their mid-late 20s. Matt is project manager working in construction and Russell is a climber (alien bloc is across the street!) and musician currently working in Al. We both like to socialise in the evening, often cooking together or going to the pub, but respect one another's space.

Our priorities for a flatmate are
someone who's tidy and sociable, and is happy to maintain an equal share of household tasks.
