This property is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom shared flat open for female students who can prove their study status & professionals who can pay council tax.

The house is open to people who like to respect and take great care of the place they live in. Only reach out if you're kind, respectful, and friendly.🤍
We are looking for clean, and respectful housemates. Vegans & vegetarians are most prefered as this is a compassionate household. 🌱🫂 After some chatting, interviews and viewing will be arranged for next week. References are highly preferred! Reach out anyways.

1st room is REALLY spacious and has lots of potential to be personalized into an aesthetic & regal space. It has a good ceiling. And re-painting can be arranged. 💜✨️

The 2nd room currently has a double bed, that can be converted into a sofa for extra space! 💕It comes with a wardrobe and a bed side as well. Repainting can also be arranged.

The property is 10 minutes to Princes Street on bus 🚌 and very close to Napier Merchiston Campus, and bus/tram links are very easy because we are only 5 minutes walking distance away from Haymarket station. 🚉
