Double Room All Bills incl

I am looking for someone for a short term let.
The room is a double bedroom in a 2 bed flat, one shared bathroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a huge garden. The property is on the ground floor with its own front door.

Rent is £850 pm - All bills (WiFi, electricity, gas, and council tax) are included.

The area is quiet and peaceful. The flat is 2 mins walk to Tesco Express, 15 mins walk to Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Aldi. The nearest bus stop to the city centre is 2 mins walk. 10 mins walk to tram stop.

About me: I am a young professional in late 20s working in the city centre. I do respect another’s time and space but don’t mind socialising. My priorities for a flatmate are someone who is tidy and respectful. Since the neighborhood is very quiet, I do not expect some loud noises or parties.

I am usually away during the week around 2-3 days per week, so you can have the flat to yourself also.
