Hi there! After 5 wonderful years, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take my place in this lovely flat. You’ll be living with my amazing flatmate Megan, who’s been with me for 2 years (she’s honestly the best flatmate you could ask for).

The available room is a cozy king-size bedroom with its own private bathroom just across the hall (Megan has her own en-suite). There’s also plenty of storage with a built-in mirror-door wardrobe, and the room will be empty and ready for you when I move out.

The flat itself is bright and spacious with a separate living/dining room and kitchen. The living room is truly huge, featuring a stunning wooden dining table and the comfiest sofa—perfect for hosting game nights or dinner parties! The balcony catches the evening sun, making it the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine.

Location-wise, the flat is ideally situated right next to a bus stop, with direct routes to the city centre in just 20 minutes. There’s also secure underground parking, plus free parking around the building.

Rent is £650 per month, and bills typically come to about £180 each (covering council tax, energy, and internet). The flat will be managed by Umega starting from the new lease, and we’re flexible on move-in dates in November.
