I'm looking for a new flatmate for my flat in Canonmills, Edinburgh. It's a ground floor flat in a great, central area very close to Stockbridge with many local amenities.
The room is a double room overlooking a communal garden and the flat has a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and a small box room with a sofa bed for guests.
About me- my name is Claudia, I am 30 years old and have lived in the flat for 2 years now (and in Edinburgh for around 11 years). I work at the University (work 9-5pm hybrid) and enjoy socialising with friends, eating out and going for walks around the city. I am easy going, I do enjoy some alone time but also happy to socialise with flatmates.
Searching for female, professional flatmate with similar interests. Price does not include bills (usually these are around £180 a month) and landlord will require to carry out reference and credit checks before signing lease.
