Double room available for short term rent 1-3 months and potentially longer. The room is fully furnished, the bed extends to double bed, there's a built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space.

Looking for someone mature who treats home as a quiet space for rest and having a chill time :) I am an outgoing person and like to cook and watch films, but growing out of my party days and much prefer a wholesome quiet time outside the hustle and bustle.

The flat is close to Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh College Granton Campus and close walking distance to Granton Beach. There are large supermarkets nearby: Morrisons and Craigleith Shopping Centre.

Quick bus routes to get to Stockbridge, City Centre and Leith.
