Unfortunately my friend is moving out of Edinburgh so I’m looking for someone to take over her lease in this 2 bedroom tenement flat located 5 minutes from St James!
A bit about me - I’m a 25 year old masters student at UofE and I work weekends so will be out the flat a lot. I’m quite busy during term time but would love someone I can cook and hang out with during my down time.
Professionals are also welcome as long as you’re willing to take on the council tax :)
