Looking for professional for council tax reasons. (No couples due to the type of tenancy)
Double room available in 2 bed flat in fountainbridge, large top floor flat with balcony in living room and shared balcony between the two bedrooms. My room has an en-suite so the main bathroom is all yours. The flat gets a lot of light and is EPC B so generally it stays warm but also has underfloor heating. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Also has a washing machine/dryer in the hallway. New boiler and gas central heating.
You’ll be sharing with me, 28 year old female, I work remotely as a data scientist, therefore will mostly be wfh 9-5 on weekdays with occasional travel for work. Looking for a clean flatmate who is relaxed and hoping to be friends with. I don’t have a preference on remote/office worker as long as we respect each other’s space.
Shared parking space.
Not included in the rent is: Council tax at £150 each a month , gas and electric bills have been about £60 each a month but it will fluctuate throughout the year and £20 each per month for WiFi.
You will need to be able to provide proof of income and work/previous landlord references to the letting agents.
Can be flexible with the move in date if needed.
