First two photos are current, previous are when I lived there. Just to give as much context as possible.

My beautiful 2 double bedroom flat is available to rent! I have lived here myself so everything in it, plus all appliances are a very high standard.

I would like someone responsible and respectful to enjoy the space, and will consider short term let's as it's sold as of October.

The location is amazing. Right on the water of Leith, great for cycling and car access to the city but it's less than 20 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh.

The room with the double bunk in has now been switched to for a standard double bed.

I'm flexible to whatever is needed really but might adjust the price for short term/holiday let's.
