Room for rent in Slateford with Balcony

I’ve got a room available to rent in my flat, and I'm looking for someone to share the space with me and my cat (check the last picture!). The room comes partly furnished with a bed that can be extended into a double and a built-in wardrobe. There’s extra storage space under the bed, and you’re more than welcome to decorate the room however you like to make it your own.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me and my fluffy flatmate. The flat is on the second floor, with a lift and private parking available. There’s also a lovely balcony where I’m trying to grow a collection of plants – so if you're into greenery, even better!

The flat is just off Slateford Road, in a fantastic location. It’s only a 17-minute bus ride to Haymarket, and there are plenty of green spaces nearby. A retail park is just around the corner, along with a couple of gyms, so everything’s really convenient. A few new cafes have popped up recently too, perfect for grabbing coffee. Plus, Lidl is a 7-minute walk, and both Aldi and Asda are about 10 minutes away.

Rent is £650 per month + bills (which include wifi and council tax band D), coming to around £140 on top.

A little about me:
I’m 29, a working professional, and I spend 3 days a week in the office, with some travel around Scotland for work. I’m pretty clean and tidy, and I enjoy a mix of being social and having downtime, so I’m respectful of people’s space and privacy.
