Hello! I’ve just moved into a flat and I have a double room available now in Hillside.
I am young professional and I’ve been staying in flat shares for the past 5 years and enjoy spending time in the evenings/weekends together, whether it be chatting over breakfast, going to the pub, watching TV or even a lil weekend away! I am looking for someone who's keen on a social living environment, though I also appreciate alone time as well. I don’t mind too much whether you are a professional or student, so long as you contribute towards council tax. Also, the normal qualities - tidy/clean etc. are a must.
The room available has a large window that faces south and if I was being generous I’d say it has a view of Arthur seat. It comes with a chest of drawers, a clothes rail (could be replaced with a wardrobe, if required) and a double bed. All furniture is new. There is street parking available, but you would have to source a permit yourself.
Price does not include bills, but they are as follows:
Internet £13
Council tax £75
Gas&electric £50
The flat is a good size with a large hallway/lobby with decent storage. There is a living room and 1 bathroom (with bath, if you’re a bather). It’s a short walk from some nice cafes on Easter road and a 15 minute walk to St James centre.
I may be the landlord but I’d ideally like you to treat the place as your own despite that.
I’m keen to have someone who is ideally committed to stay for the medium to long term. Please message if you're interested and we can arrange a viewing.
