One Bedroom For £700 Per Month (Price Negotiable)

Hello, everyone! My name is Ashley. I am a masters student currently living in O’Shea South (student accommodation). I have a single bedroom (bed, mattress, desk, chair, shelves, and built in wardrobe included) in a five person flat. There are two bathrooms as well as a common area/kitchen. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which lasts until August, as soon as possible. They must be a post-graduate student at the University of Edinburgh.
