Hello, I'm looking for a new housemate. There's a small double bedroom available, the rent is £525 and bills are £136( which might increase in the winter with heating).
The room is furnished, and you'll be sharing the rest of the house with me, there's one bathroom with a shower over bath.
There's a huge garden in back, I have a bbq and a pool.
It's in the area of Western corner/ Balgreen/Murrayfield.
Available from the 28th of October 2024.
