Hello, I'm looking for a someone to take over my room as I'm moving out. There's a double bedroom available, the rent is £550 and bills are around £150 (this includes council tax, gas, electricity, heating and wifi)
The room is furnished, and you'll be sharing the rest of the house with Chris who is my current housemate. He's a musician who works part time, likes to cook and is very sociable. There's one bathroom with a shower over bath and a shared kitchen and living room.
There's a huge garden in the back, great for bbq's and drying laundry outside.
It's in the area of Western corner/ Balgreen/Murrayfield, and it's 15/20 to the city centre as well as the airport.
Small shops around a 7min walk (scotmid, corner shop), and bigger one's a 15min walk ( aldi, sainsburys).
Available from the 1st of July 2025.
The place is agency run so some references will be needed and a lease will be signed.
