Room to rent in a two-bedroom flat

Hello,

I am a second year PhD student looking for a flatmate in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, located in very close proximity (less than 10 minute walk) to the George square campus of the University of Edinburgh. Both rooms have a view of Arthur's Seat. The apartment comes furnished and has been recently renovated. It has a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a garden that is shared amongst the occupants of the building.

I am looking primarily for postgraduate students, but this is not exclusive. The move-in date is 1st of November.
