Looking for professional for council tax reasons.

Looking for a flatmate to move into this lovely ground floor flat on the 4th December. The flat is located just in front of the Union Canal (5 minutes away from Tollcross) in Fountaibridge. You will also have your own main bathroom as the other room in the flat has an en suite. Desk and set of drawers not included with the room. You will be able to use the underground parking if you own a car (1 parking space). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc). The flat is pretty central, very close to Lothian Road and the Meadows and it's a very quiet neighbourhood.

Not included in the rent is: Council tax at around £130 each a month, gas and electric bills are approximately £60 each a month depending on use and WiFi is £20 each per month.

I'm Philippos, I am 28 years old, half Greek half Scottish, living in Edinburgh for the past 3 years. I work full time in the office in the city centre, therefore will mostly be in the flat in the evenings. I don’t have a preference on remote/office worker as long as we respect each other’s space. I'm always up to socialise but I also like my own space and respect that of others too. In terms of my interests, I love watching and playing sports and I'm trying to get back in the habit of fitness/running. I'm also into music and playing video games and I am always available for a chat and a coffee.

Any prospective tenant must pass all credit and reference checks by the letting agents to be considered. The prospective tenant will need to have a full time job in order to pass the employment checks.
