Located right by Calton Hill, Princes Street, and St James Quarter shopping centre, the room facing a quiet residential street. Gated access to the buildings, and 24-hour security. The property also has a private gym, a cinema room, a large common room, smaller study rooms, and an onsite laundry for the residents. I am having to move back to my home country and I am therefore looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. Tenancy available from now continuing until the 23rd of August 2025.
