I am looking for a postgraduate student to replace my lease in 32 Blackwood Crescent University of Edinburgh student accommodation. It is a 5 students flat with shared kitchen and washrooms. 3 of the current residents are Phd students and one master student. As this is university accommodation so only university of Edinburgh student can apply for this.

Rent:
600£ monthly bills included. Can be paid annually or 10 monthly installments.
