Spacious Double Room in Friendly Flatshare

Hey there! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our cozy and social flat. You’ll be sharing with two of us: I work in marketing for a travel company, and Angus is a lawyer. We’re both pretty easygoing and enjoy relaxing in the living room, catching up over a pint, or hosting a few friends now and again.

About the Flat:

Great Location: Transport links are top-notch with a tram stop just across the street. Plus, we’re surrounded by awesome cafes and pubs (we’re even on good terms with the landlord at our local!).

Friendly Vibes: We want the flat to be a comfortable space for everyone, where mates can come over, and there’s plenty of room for fun nights in.

Extras: We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, fast Wi-Fi, and bills around £100 per month (give or take depending on the season).

About You:
We’d love to meet someone who’s already fairly settled in Edinburgh and looking to join a flat that feels like a true home. We’re a sociable household, so being on friendly terms with the neighbours and enjoying a good laugh are big pluses.

Ideal move-in date: 18th November

Lifestyle: We’re all on 9-5 schedules, so it’d be ideal if you are too. The room is spacious but doesn’t have a desk, so it’s best suited to someone who works from an office.
