Double Room

Third floor flat. Bedroom is a smaller box room that comes with a double bed and 2x chest of drawers. It has a small window that goes out onto the stairwell so doesn’t get a lot of natural light but the living room gets the sun in the late afternoon/early evening. There is a shared kitchen/living room area; separate toilet and shower. 

The flat is small and doesn’t have a lot of storage but it is a really cosy home. Monthly rent & council tax comes to £490. Electricity is a pay as you go meter; around £60 in summer and can go up to around £120pm in winter (split equally).

My last flatmate of two years moved out back in July and I have had friends staying over the past couple months but now looking for a more long term flatmate! I’m a bar manager and quite a social person so tend to be out late most evenings so looking for someone who has the same shifts/schedule. I’m pretty easy going and laid back to live with but do respect privacy & like to keep shared spaces clean/tidy. 

(I am a smoker and smoke in my room but not in shared spaces).
