Double room to rent in traditional Edinburgh flat

Double room to rent in a traditional Edinburgh flat from start of December. Would be great to find a like minded flatmate to share my flat with. This is a relatively unique opportunity as I work most of the time down in London so you would have the flat to yourself for most of the time but also have company for 3 days every 2 weeks (hence the price). The double room is large and has a built in wardrobe. It has its own bathroom and the living room and kitchen are large and great to have friends over. The kitchen has been newly refurbished and new windows have just been put in so should be warm for the winter months.
I am open to male or female flatmates and I will consider couples as well due to the fact I won’t be there the whole time so should be plenty space.
It would be great to find someone active and social as I love sports, exercise and catching up with friends. I’m not a big partier but love to have friends over for dinner and attend social events.
When in Edinburgh, I work a mix from home and the office so will be about sometimes during the day.
