I am looking for a flat mate to join me in a beautiful flat near Holyrood 🌼 The flat is modern, very airy and spacious. The living room and balcony receives a lot of light during the day. We will be sharing an open plan living room/ kitchen, bathroom and balcony! There is also a communal interior garden and concierge. Pictures of the bedroom available are attached.
Rent will be £700 excluding bills. Per month, council tax comes to around £140 each (F Band) and utilities/wifi are around £50-70 each. The flat has a private landlord, who is very responsive. Deposit of one month’s rent (£700) is required and a reference from a previous landlord would be ideal.
Looking for a young professional for council tax reasons who intends on staying longer term. I want the flat to remain a clean space, where we both can relax and hang out.
About me: I’m a young professional and in my free time I love spending time in the outdoors (hiking/ camping/ surfing) and practicing yoga. It would be great to live with someone who potentially shares some interests!
