Room for rent in Edinburgh – Piersfield Cragentiny

Hi there! I have a room available for rent in our lovely home at Piersfield Cragentiny. The house has two floors, its own driveway for parking, and a large garden – perfect for some fresh air. There are two bathrooms (one even has a jacuzzi!), and the kitchen opens into the living room, making a really nice communal space. There’s a TV in the living room, and we share the internet.
We take cleanliness seriously, so we’re looking for someone who will follow these principles too. The location is great for accessing the city centre – just a 10-minute journey. Everything you need is close by: shops, post office, pharmacy, and bus stop. Portobello Beach is also just a 10-minute walk away.
We’re looking for someone who will fit well into our home environment. Additionally, the room has a large walk-in wardrobe and is very spacious.
