This is an amazing flat with three great flatmates. The only reason I am moving out is to move abroad.

This is the biggest room in the house being the 'master' it has all day sunlight and a 5 minute walk to the Meadows or 20 minutes walk to city centre.

This isn't a party flat but we do like to have flat dinners and a few drinks occasionally. Two flatmates are working professionals and one studying.

Rent being £580 a month and bills are another 200 pounds a month including council tax, power/gas and wifi.

This is a huge flat with a large shared kitchen and lounge. Double glazed windows too (huge win).

Ideally move in date of the 1st of December but could be flexible if needed.
