Friendly folky flat

Myself (Scottish, Cellist) and Abi (American, Guitarist) have two rooms available in our lovely Polwarth flat. It is on the first floor, has 4 bedrooms with huge windows, a large hallway, kitchen and a big living room with a TV. £620 pm plus bills, move in during November. The flat is located on the 27/10 bus line so a 10 minute bus or a 30 minute walk onto the main UofE campus - also handy for Napier or Heriot-Watt.

We both are relaxed and friendly, and enjoy the outdoors, folk music (and music generally!), storytelling, books, cozy movies, climbing, queer culture and hyping each other up to finish our essays. We’re looking for a flatmate who is clean, enjoys good tunes, cares about the environment and likes adventures and good chats.
We're only considering students for insurance and council tax reasons, and we would prefer honours or postgrad students. We are very queer friendly and would prefer a female identifying or non binary flatmate.
