Flat off Royal Mile

I’m Naomi, a second year linguistics student at the university of Edinburgh. I’m looking for a flatmate (preferably a student, for council tax) after mine move out to move to Spain. The flat is wonderfully located, just off the royal mile, and is a five minute walk to Edinburgh Waverley Station, and 15 minutes to the main Edinburgh Campus. There is a lounge (with very comfortable sofas), a well furnished kitchen, a bathroom, and access to a secure underground car park, as well as the bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
