We are looking for one more long term, clean, and respectful housemate for a spacious room. Keeping a veggie kitchen would be very ideal for existing flatmates, so if you dont use the kitchen for meat, it should be good!!🌱☺️ references highly preferred but reach out anyways! 💕 Viewings are happening right now. This room is REALLY spacious & is regal space. It has a lovely double bed and a new couch! It has a beautiful ceiling as well 💜✨️

The property is 10 minutes to Princes Street on bus 🚌 and very close to Napier Merchiston Campus, and bus/tram links are very easy because we are only 5 minutes walking distance away from Haymarket station!! 🚉

☆ Bills are usually are about £70 per month per person. Very affordable for the location. This Haymarket region is very accessible and highly in demand!! Rooms in this area are easily upto £1000.
