I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a spacious, furnished two-bedroom flat in Leith.

The room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and bedside table. The flat includes a kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom. Included is also a parking space.

The flat is located around the corner to Easter Road Stadium. The city centre and Leith Walk are within a short walking distance. Meadowbank Retail Centre and Lidl on Easter Road are each about five minutes away.

The rent is £ 550. Bills are around £ 40 pounds per month. The deposit is £ 450.

I'm originally from Austria, currently working on my PhD and also working part-time. I'm easy-going, respectful, and enjoy spending time with my flatmate, but I also appreciate my privacy and keeping things tidy. In my leisure time, I love doing sports, traveling, and being outdoors.
