One cozy double bedroom available in a 2 bed 1 bath fully - furnished flat. The room as well as the flat has ample storage space, a fully furnished kitchen, a large living room you can relax in as well as a separate cloak room. It is about a 15 minute walking distance from both Napier University (Sighthill campus) and Heriot Watt University. The City Centre is easily accessible by frequent and multiple bus services nearby. The neighbourhood is quite safe, with lots of families living around.

The Nearest grocery stores are Lidl, Tesco and Aldi, all within a 20 mins walk. There's also a Premier shop right outside to cater to all your daily grocery needs. Indian grocery stores are again just a short bus ride away.

The room is unfortunately not available to couples.. We would also prefer a professional to take over the tenancy, however considering the flat's proximity to two Universities, students can apply as well in which case they must be willing to pay a share of the council tax (however, students do get a discount on it so the tax won't be as much).

Current flatmate is a 24 year old female professional from India, who mostly keeps to herself but would definitely be up for hanging out and doing fun activities together.

Rent Split:-
Rent - 550 (payable on the 1st of every month)
Bills - Between 114 -120 per person (varies depending on the energy bill that month; Council Tax and Wifi bills are fixed)
